Non-Perishable Items (Apparel & Gear)

Refunds & Returns: Since all of our products are made to order especially for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or "buyer's remorse." Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Damages and Issues: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 14 days of delivery) at contact@thenightwalkersllc.com. Please include clear photos of the defect and the original packaging in your initial email.

Resolution: We will work directly with our production partners to investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please note that the resolution process may take up to 10 business days.
Perishable Items (Coffee)

Refunds & Returns: Returns are not accepted on our coffee products because they are perishable items.

Damages: If you receive your order and notice the coffee is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. Due to health and safety standards, no exchanges, replacements, or returns can be accepted after this 48-hour window.
