Our Night Walkers Edition is a medium roast Colombian coffee from Medellin, Antioquia—one of Colombia's most celebrated coffee regions. With tasting notes of dried orange, berry, and chocolate, this coffee delivers the bright, balanced flavor that night shift workers need to power through their shifts.

Roasted for the Night Shift

This coffee is grown by smallholder farmers in Medellin and processed using traditional methods—fully washed and dried in solar dryers to protect it from rain. The Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties, grown in volcanic loam soil, develop the dried orange, berry, and chocolate notes that make this coffee exceptional. We roast it in small batches to a perfect medium, creating fuel for those who work when others sleep.
